What Daniel Does
Global Manager, M&A
Daniel usually spends his time meeting entrepreneurs, evaluating sectors to invest in, and conducting the investment processes. He looks for interesting companies for ZX Ventures to partner with, invest in, or acquire—on a global scale—and also values companies and negotiates terms. A lot of Daniel’s job involves being able to analyze industry trends and develop strategies to buy, sell, divide, restructure, or integrate startups into the larger ZX Ventures entity.

“My favorite projects are the ones that try to address different consumer needs that are not fulfilled today. For example, there’s a need for more healthy and wellness drinks, and we’re starting and acquiring companies that address that demand.”

“The culture here is very entrepreneurial and you feel like you’re truly the owner of your project. We’re trying to create something new, so there aren’t many restrictions or guidelines. We’re explorers trying to find the best solutions to address consumer needs.”
