Erin attended Syracuse University, where she majored in communication designs. After school, she fell into fundraising for startup companies and tried her hand at brand specialization. While she was working for another organization, the backers brought a new project on board, and Erin moved over to the newly minted ZenProspect to help get the ball rolling.

Erin arrives in the office around 8:30 AM each morning and gets started on overnight support inquiries via phone call and live chat. Throughout the day, she designs products, one-pager marketing tools, e-books, and ZenProspect newsletters. Erin’s ultimate goal is to keep her co-workers and company clients in the know through clear communication.
