With his knack for understanding clients, Alex quickly found himself handling a dedicated customer retention line. While honing his customer success skills, Alex was eventually contacted via LinkedIn by Yotpo—and invited to head the Customer Retention and Lifecycle Team.

Every morning, Alex reviews his account list before handling renewals, upgrades, and maintenance. An expert at client retention, Alex is focused on making life easier for Yotpo’s customers so that they can focus on improving their businesses. From the initial integration on, Alex helps clients navigate data, understand metrics, and utilize features for maximum impact.
