Sarah rides the train to work, drinks coffee, and attends the morning stand-up every day. Devising blueprints of Yodle's interactive platform, Sarah lays down groundwork for great user experiences during review meetings. She gathers requirements, feedback, and user flows, creates story maps, designs wireframes and prototypes, and tests performance—then finalizes products with developers.
