Will discovered YETI coolers when he was working for a conservation group, looking for high-end items to sell during fundraisers. He quickly fell in love with the product, eventually meeting Roy and Ryan, and convinced them to make him the sixth employee. Since then, YETI has grown dramatically, as has Will’s position in the company.
With YETI’s explosive growth and already sizable hold on the southern market, Will is working to find the right talent to expand YETI’s reach to the rest of the country and beyond.
