Back in 2013, after responding to a Facebook ad, Jonathan became one of the original 16 brought on to form the first Sales Team at YETI. Starting with the Wisconsin and Illinois markets, Jonathan was quickly promoted to Regional Sales Manager, where he excelled for two years before taking on his development role.
Jonathan‘s day-to-day work consists of building and developing the curriculum at YETI. In addition to skills-based training for individuals, YETI excels in its cross-functional, interdepartmental team workshops. By mixing people from all across the company, YETI helps build unity among colleagues while blending different perspectives to find solutions which move the company forward.

“One of the cooler things about working at YETI is that we have an outdoor gear garage. We have kayaks, paddle boards, GoPro cameras—anything you can use to engage in the outdoors. A lot of outdoorsy people work here. You‘ll see folks taking paddle boards out on the weekend to go out on the lake and bring them back on Monday.”
