Having studied hospitality management in school, Larissa spent over four years working for a prestigious hotel and resort group. While the hotel industry wasn’t for her, Larissa’s love of and talent for customer service led her to YETI, where she enjoys the excitement and freedom to talk to clients without a script.
At YETI, the goal is to not merely to expand, but to build relationships with partners that last. As an inside account manager, it’s Larissa’s job to manage accounts across two territories, keeping clients happy and letting them know that YETI values them. It’s a lot of responsibility, fast-paced and high-pressure, but always rewarding.
