When she received a call about an opportunity at YETI, Desiree hadn’t actually heard about the brand yet. Her husband and mother, both avid YETI enthusiasts, quickly remedied that—and instilled her with excitement. Determined, intrigued, and honest about her prior lack of YETI-awareness, Desiree interviewed with co-founder Roy and started her new journey.
With cross-functional collaboration, Desiree and the Product Marketing Team interact with all departments across YETI to ensure everyone’s on track for a timely launch of uncompromising world-class products. As part of her product management role, Desiree looks for opportunities in the market, leads the product strategy, and defines the product positioning.
