On a mission to create a new life and career beyond Omaha, Sahr set her sights on Yelp. She applied to a Phoenix job opening on the Yelp jobs page and received an executive role at its Scottsdale office. Tasked with leading and training Sales Teams to success, Sahr transitioned into management at Yelp’s San Francisco office a few short years later.
When new hires come in, Sahr ensures that they stay savvy and agile. During Yelp’s initial two-month training, she helps teams master the sales process—from pitches to open calls. Strengthening individual talents with technique and tools, Sahr teaches teams to conquer even the most challenging sales scenarios with positivity and persistence.
