A Welcome Change
Born and raised in Vladivostok, Russia, Tamara studied hospitality management at Far East Federal University before moving to Arizona for an internship in hotel management. Realizing she wanted a change and a more challenging career, Tamara moved to Chicago and enrolled in a quality assurance program. She joined Yello after receiving a LinkedIn message from the company’s CTO that read, “Let’s do some quality assurance!”

While no two days are the same for Tamara, she always spends the first part of her day reviewing priorities and creating a plan of attack. With the day’s goals in mind, Tamara conducts testing on Yello’s software, ensuring all features operate seamlessly for clients—and if a user roadblock is encountered, she collaborates with her colleagues to solve it.
