Natalie encountered World First through a fellow George Mason University graduate who interned on the team. Since Natalie had a degree in economics, her pal thought she would be a great addition to the company—and interviewing proved that theory. She officially started at the Private Client Desk before being promoted when the market experienced a growth spurt.
Natalie sits with the rest of the Dealing Team each morning so the group can discuss market updates. To monitor those changes, Natalie reads Bloomberg and other sources before coming into work. That genuine interest helps Natalie be on top of her game so clients can reap the rewards—which she and her team plan for once they’ve all swapped trends and insights.
“I’m invested in personally and professionally here. I get more than the right tools to do well at my job—I get opportunity and mentorship.”
“One of the benefits of my job is being able to travel to work with clients in person. It’s fun from my perspective—but I also get to make sure those professional relationships are taken care of correctly.”
