Darren came to Texas from England with more than 15 years of experience in finance and business administration—and a bit of knowledge about World First’s international success. Once he heard the company was branching out, Darren interviewed with the Lone Star Team and immediately felt his ideals and skills were perfect for World First’s Western takeover.
Darren manages two outbound Sales Teams—Corporate and E-commerce—from an acquisitions perspective, to make sure each new partnership is a step in the right direction. As a leader, Darren encourages his teams to be forward-thinking learners who reach for big goals. This motivational approach also means he frequently rounds the group up for celebratory outings when they hit monthly targets.
