A fast-growing business, World First is a two-time winner of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise. The company recognizes the importance of innovation—it frequently brings in external speakers, which have included social media experts and endurance athletes, as part of a series called Broadening Horizons. World First London has also hosted various Tech Talks focused on technology insights, and a Think Global Summit centered around the benefits of exporting for small British businesses.
Thanks to the free daily breakfast and a weekly get-together at the drinks fridge every Friday at 4:30 PM, the World First London kitchen is always a great place to socialize and catch up with co-workers. The office also has a unique tradition called the Tuesday Treat Trolley—where two new employees make Tuesdays a bit brighter by pushing a trolley around the office to introduce themselves and hand out yummy snacks.
