Emily’s Story
Goodbye, Academia
After obtaining her master’s degree in higher education, Emily worked at a university to run leadership programs for first-year students. Though enjoyable, she sought new opportunities—and knew someone who worked at World 50. Emily was soon hired into the Member Services Team, and moved to Associate Experience three years later.

Associate Experience
Emily’s main goal is to make World 50 a wonderful place to work for every associate. She finds new talent, assesses their skills, and supports them as they join the company. Emily helps World 50’s associates grow into their best selves and advocates for their careers.

“One of the things that’s awesome about World 50 is that you’re encouraged to find your passion and take advantage of opportunities. If you have an interest in events and want to learn how to plan an awesome gathering for our members, you have that ability.”

“When you work at World 50, you’re coming to a place where you’ll be valued for your ideas. You can collaborate with your peers and learn from those who have been in the workforce for a lot longer than you. Everyone really cares about making this a place where we all want to be.”
