Joe was introduced to Work Market through a recruiter. He had been looking for something more fulfilling than the “build it and ship it” environment of his previous role within the advertising industry. Work Market’s mission—to fundamentally change the way people work—and the product-driven nature of the organization resonated deeply with Joe, so he quickly came aboard.
Joe’s day includes many morning scrum meetings in which he synchronizes with his team and checks in on any bug reports that may have come in overnight. When he’s not interviewing potential candidates for Work Market, he’s coding, hanging out on one of the couches scattered throughout the office.
