After moving to Iowa, discovering Workiva—what Anand refers to as “the tech sector’s best kept secret”—was quite serendipitous. Once he connected with the individuals who would turn out to be his future colleagues, Anand remembers how it just felt right—right from the start. The fact that the company featured a squash court didn’t hurt either.
Anand spends his day managing projects and programs, collaborating across departments, facilitating cross-functional groups, and solving challenging problems. No matter what the project, the main goal of Anand’s work is to make it easier for salespeople to sell products—and for customers to make purchases.
