Starting her career in healthcare, Carrie had over a decade’s worth of experience in the industry before joining WEX. In fact, she had previously worked for one of WEX’s clients. Already familiar with the platform and the brand, for Carrie, joining WEX seemed like a great next step to further her healthcare career.
Carrie works to manage client expectations, ensuring that WEX’s system is working for them in the way they need it to. Acting as a direct point of contact for WEX’s client partners, Carrie is focused on providing great customer service, collaborating with her colleagues and keeping the lines of communication open to meet whatever challenges arise.
