Sandra majored in communications and Chinese and started in the Wells Fargo Customer Service Department before transferring to its Operations and Credit Department. Sandra was somewhat familiar with the Wells Fargo community because her sister also worked there—but she credits her easy transition to the warm, helpful colleagues who personally welcomed her to the company.
In the morning, Sandra checks her emails and pulls reports to strategize for the day. As an indirect lender for Wells Fargo’s dealership financing, Sandra maintains relationships with over 300 dealers and customers externally, as well as with Sales and Operations Teams internally. Balancing volume and quality, Sandra approves satisfactory consumer credit requests and strategically sets up dealership lending rates with maximum returns.
