Ramon majored in journalism and minored in Spanish. Those skills secured Ramon his first job at one of the bank’s Customer Call Centers. He intended to work for the business only temporarily, but the unlimited growth, experience, and career opportunities in communications has kept him happy at Wells Fargo for well over 14 years.
Ramon ensures that Wells Fargo clients know everything they need to know about retirement planning. He conducts focus group discussions to find the best ways to reach customers, and designs the educational presentations, webinars, podcasts, and videos that keep Wells Fargo clients as well-informed and as well-prepared as possible.
