Gabrielle studied anthropology and historic preservation. She worked on archaeological digs and assessed historical buildings before an unusual offer to work in Well Fargo’s project management group came her way. Gaining incredible experience and exposure across departments over several years, Gabrielle transitioned to Wells Fargo’s HR Team, where she helps match passionate team members with professional growth opportunities through project work.
Gabrielle begins each day checking emails to determine what her team members need to execute on their work. She supports them through problem solving, coaching, and removing roadblocks so that projects are successfully implemented. She meets with leaders and teams to transform strategic objectives into executable project work and oversees the portfolio of projects within Human Resources.
