Coco was in the mortgage business for several years before being recruited by Wells Fargo. Now, a seasoned Home Mortgage employee, Coco looks back on her first months as an important learning period. With support from team members early on, Coco adjusted to the complex home loan process, new environments, systems, and technologies.
With personal goals to make Wells Fargo’s esteemed “President’s Club,” Coco aims to break sales records. Delivering fast, first-class customer-service on each consult, Coco’s days begin and end with customer calls—and occasional weekend meetings. Coordinating with processors, underwriters, appraisers, and funders, Coco meets customer demands.
