Andrew is a Seattle University alumnus who pursued a bachelor’s degree in economics. A friend put him in touch with a Wells Fargo recruiter straight after college, landing him a summer analyst internship on the company’s Information Security Team. Andrew moved up the ranks to his current role, consulting on a diverse portfolio of projects as a member of the Innovation Team.
Andrew gets to the office between 8 and 9 AM and starts off the day with his smaller team discussing major news items, mostly around technology. After that, he might find himself building business requirements for Development Teams, participating in brainstorm or ideation sessions, or working to enhance and develop new products with various business groups—every day could be different.
“My relationship with my manager is fairly unique. I look at him as more than just a mentor—he’s a soundboard for my ideas and he helps me figure out how I should address and best handle some of my ongoing projects.”
“One successful quality to have here at Wells Fargo is a strong desire to learn and get other people together to act on their ideas.”
