After graduating from UNC, Sarah Lauren served as an Entertainment and Celebrity Relations Intern for Cartier. She spent over three years at the Creative Artists Agency Foundation—the world's premiere entertainment and sports agency—focusing on maximizing social change through popular culture, strategic partnerships, and special events. Sarah Lauren also spent two years at innovative startups executing strategy and securing partnerships to fuel growth and create a positive user experience.
Sarah Lauren spends her time maintaining the New York showroom so stylists can display the latest looks to clients. She also communicates the W by Worth message with potential stylists, helping them understand what W by Worth is all about. On top of that, Sarah Lauren forges partnerships with organizations that host events at the New York showroom—building recognition for the brand.
