Diane’s Story
Meant To Be
Diane had wanted to be a designer since the age of four, and attended the Parson’s School of Design at 17, making her one of the institution's youngest students ever. She eventually found her way to designing for Worth, an opportunity that allows her to nurture her art and learn something new each and every day.

What Diane Does
VP Of Design
Diane works with the Design Team, overseeing the process and giving out her "two cents—whether it's asked for or not." She also advises the VP of Marketing on big picture product goals. One of Diane's favorite tasks is trying on every piece of clothing made at Worth—ensuring it fits right, both spiritually and physically.

“Designers are involved with every single aspect of the clothing. It ends up being our baby—and it's exciting.”
