Cindy’s Story
Young Fashionista
At a young age, Cindy began designing clothing for her Barbie dolls—clothing her friends thought looked much better. She took that gift for design to Parson’s, and from there, to an internship at Worth. One day, she was asked to interview at the company—and 12 years later, she’s now running the Design Team's operations.

Designer
Cindy works closely with the Technical Design Team in the pattern-making, sewing, and sampling rooms to ensure that all the clothes are coming together properly. She also interfaces with the VP of Design and the company's Co-founder to ensure each new garment is correct—ensuring that the whole process happens seamlessly.
