Steve started out with WAXIE as an installer, and he was soon promoted to be a service center manager. A few years later, he moved up again, this time to a warehouse management position. Steve worked hard in his new role, and pretty soon, he was asked to take over the operations of the company’s Mesa warehouse.
Steve’s main mission is keep the day-to-day operations of WAXIE’s Mesa warehouse running smoothly. He manages the facility’s expenses, tracks sales revenue goals, sits in on customer service center calls, oversees the logistics of incoming and outgoing products, places purchasing orders, assists with HR responsibilities, and sits on the safety committee.
