Snapshot Of Success
Stephanie’s path to software development wasn’t typical—she started as a photographer who dabbled in graphic design. That slowly led to front-end development, so Stephanie freelanced and took dozens of self-guided coding classes. Once she was on par with the formally trained pros, she pursued development full-time, and chose Volusion for its work-life balance.

Front-end Web Developer
Stephanie and her team operate on a two-week sprint schedule and decide who does what by mapping all priorities on a whiteboard each morning. Once they’ve divided, they conquer—Stephanie handles everything from button changes to back-end data that affects payment gateways. She also helps take Volusion through software transitions that enable faster release times.
