As a sports management major and athletic operations guru, Justin expected to always be involved with sports. After graduating, he started as an account manager for Austin’s Spurs—but technology slowly took the lead amongst Justin’s interests. Volusion also had a slam-dunk culture, so he finally made the switch and started in the E-commerce Sales Department.
Justin makes sure Volusion goes the extra mile by focusing on partner enablement and affiliate programs. Across all projects, he makes sure programs and the people running them have ample resources—but he also collects metrics and feedback to fuel improvements on the technical side. Justin also helped launch the Experts Network and optimized its user experience.
