Robynne got a degree in biology, but her first job out of college wasn’t in a lab—it was in marketing, at Canon. She was hooked and later moved into product marketing at another electronics company—but the playing field was too narrow. Robynne wanted more diverse products and a track record of challenging the status quo. Luckily, VIZIO had both.
Robynne’s calendar is packed with product launches, which means rolling with the punches is essential. Before each launch date, Robynne maps out marketing strategies and meets with various agencies to bring each plan to life. She also oversees internal teams that handle things like packaging and product messaging—which keeps every detail in line with the plans she created.
