Raymond grew up tinkering with any form of technology he could get his hands on. This natural curiosity taught him all he needed to know to move into Technical Support—and his passion for helping people sealed the deal. Once Raymond started at VIZIO, he used his innate ability and quick wit to work his way through the support ranks.

Raymond starts taking calls at 8 AM each day, but the variety of cases he investigates makes the time speed by. Since he’s a Level 3 Representative, Raymond’s calls come from Costco—and other representatives who need additional expertise. After his hour-long lunch break, Raymond reserves time for networking calls and glances over a few reports to stay updated on products.
