Cecilia joined VIZIO right out of high school. She started in customer service, answering phones and taking in customer feedback. Once she mastered serving people outside the company, she used her skills to benefit the internal team—and officially transferred to HR. Years later, Cecilia took another step into logistics, where she’s been running the show since 2003.
Cecilia’s role requires intense organizational skills, since she operates VIZIO’s last product touchpoint before shipments go out. Aside from general ordering timelines and transportation management, Cecilia also has to contend with sporadic roadblocks—like weather delays and flat tires. Despite the many challenges, she still helps VIZIO claim best-supplier status for several customers each year.
