After Hadas interviewed at Viventium, he felt a strong connection to the Management Team there, and felt sure the company was going to make a big impact on the industry. He knew a career with the organization would mean a lot of creative freedom and the opportunity to see the direct impact of his contributions.
Hadas splits his time between personal development responsibilities and supporting his team in theirs. He removes any obstacles co-workers face as they move toward their goals, and provides up-to-date training tips on new technologies. Hadas also attends architecture meetings to communicate goals and project progress for each new HCM platform feature.
