Andy hails from Estonia, attended the Dublin Institute of Technology, and has lived and worked in 4 different countries – so you could say he’s pretty well-traveled. He spent just under a decade working as an executive for luxury hotels. It may seem like a jump from hospitality to HCM, but in fact it was Andy’s experience in client service that drove Viventium’s CEO to recruit him to help the company deliver on its five-star service promise.
Andy arrives in the office early to prepare his notes for the team stand-up before everyone else arrives. He works closely with all client service-related roles to perfect processes that make seamless and unique client user experiences. It's Andy’s goal to make clients feel Viventium is an extension of their own organization.
