After serving in the military, Corban interviewed at Veterinary Specialty Center—originally seeking to work in the ward. Recognizing his potential, the organization recommended that he give surgical sterile processing a try. Corban found that he liked the job—he increased his skill set, took on more tasks, and became a supervisor.

Corban and the team that he manages make sure surgeries performed at Veterinary Specialty Center are safe and sterile. He appreciates the training programs and opportunities he’s been given to advance in his career, as well as the openness and acceptance of diversity he encounters every day.
