Richard studied business administration as an undergraduate before pursuing a master’s degree in information management and an MBA in finance. Richard joined Verisk right after college, and what appealed to him about the company back then still holds true—namely, that the professional development opportunities can’t be beat.
Richard starts his day by meeting with his team. Some days, he meets one-on- one with each team member, and other times, the group congregates to talk about current projects and what’s on the agenda for the week. Richard’s committed to fostering camaraderie in his department. If their success in the company softball league is any indicator, his efforts have paid off.
