Ny has worked in several fields—and places—before landing at Venmo in New York. She has worked in real estate, fashion, and digital marketing and lived in California, Colorado, Vietnam, and now New York City where she is excited to influence the product’s user experience.
Ny dedicates her mornings to Venmo users. She spends this half of the day going through support cases, perusing social media, and reading app reviews to see what issues users are having. With these insights, she then spends her afternoons collaborating with Product Managers and Designers to improve the mobile app.
