Ebo came to the U.S. from Ghana to study philosophy and economics. He admired the culture of diversity and inclusion present at Vanguard, and looked into the possibility of working there. When multiple friends informed him how highly they regarded working at Vanguard, he knew he had to be a part of the team.
Ebo arrives in the office about 30 minutes before he’s scheduled to start on the phones each day. He takes that time to go over emails and check out financial news pages for up-to-date industry information. After that, Ebo fields phone calls throughout the day, answering client questions about financial investments, retirement plans, market events, and more.
