Proud Progress
As an automotive technology graduate, Eric was introduced to BMW through its STEP Program. Eric trained to become a Technician Specialist, learning the electronic infrastructure of BMW models before being hired at BMW’s California airport facility. Over 17 years later, Eric’s proudly progressed his career, attaining several promotions managing many of BMW’s mobile products.

Aftersales Accessories Lifestyle Manager
Eric makes BMW’s distinguished vehicle accessories programs and installation available—from exhaust engines to suspension systems, lifestyle clothing, luggage, and bicycles. After morning phone conferences with German colleagues, Eric partners with Product Management and Prague’s Engineering Teams to release new items to market, traveling overseas occasionally to prepare sales pipelines at BMW’s Germany headquarters.
