Cynthia established solid BMW connections while studying finance and marketing in college—and became a member of BMW’s team after graduation. She gradually learned BMW’s systems and people during her first month, loving the company’s amazing diversity, constant change, awesome opportunities, and multiple roles and mobility she’s attained within BMW’s many marketing programs.

Working both in the office and alongside the field team, Cynthia monitors program performance and travels nationwide to provide coaching to BMW’s dealership teams. By assessing the success rates of implemented marketing programs, Cynthia determines what works best for each dealer, enacting content changes to create the right programs for successful sales.
