As a rapidly growing startup with a relatively small team, UNTUCKit’s employees are presented with many opportunities to take initiative and explore different areas of the company. The management style is hands-off, yet encouraging and communicative. There’s no formal hierarchy, and employees are given a lot of latitude to take risks and experiment with new ideas.
Co-founders Chris Riccobono and Aaron Sanandres launched UNTUCKit back in 2011, frustrated by button-down shirts that looked sloppy when worn untucked. Founded on the premise that men can dress casually and still look sharp, the brand abides by the philosophy that a shirt shouldn’t look unkempt just because it’s not tucked in.
