Zi Lin studied retail management and public relations at Syracuse University. She had the opportunity to intern at Unilever the summer after her junior year of college, and excitedly joined the company straight away after graduation, inspired by the broad spectrum of people who had been with Unilever for 10 or even 20 years.
With a passion for communications, Zi Lin loves delivering products to consumers that make their lives easier. She works with focus groups to understand what consumers are looking for and how to best reach them. With these insights, Zi Lin strategizes and implements communications that show consumers why Unilever’s products are the best on the market.
