DeAndrea earned her bachelor’s degree in computer science at Georgia State University, focusing on coding and technology. A friend referred her to Ultimate Software, and her impression was that the company was too good to be true. She’s happy to report that the culture and environment are just as welcoming and open as they were on day one.
Because DeAndrea handles payroll’s critical issues, her days can vary from one moment to the next. A customer may be in the midst of an issue, and it’s DeAndrea’s job to sort out the problem and find the best solution so the customer can get back to business with little disruption. Helping diffuse an issue makes her day.
