He swore he wouldn’t enter the world of software, but John stumbled into development after graduating from Northwestern University—and he completely loved it. As a result, he launched a career in consulting to get a feel for various forms of technology, which led to product development. Once John saw the diversity and scope of TrustWave, he was on board for good.

John’s daily routine depends on development timelines, but each project requires him to spearhead product planning and prioritize steps within the greater release cycle. Often, this is an exciting group process filled with whiteboard sessions and camaraderie. When he isn’t looking for new ways to streamline or troubleshoot processes, John oversees special projects—like launching a technical support portal for customers.
