Jenny studied art in college, focusing on graphic design. After working in the marketing field for about four years, she got her master’s in design, which allowed her to do more strategic work in the field of interactive design and user experience. At Trustpilot, Jenny has the opportunity to use her skills to make an impact.

Jenny’s role is new to the company, so she has a lot of freedom to experiment. She gathers information from consumers and businesses about their experiences, identifies common themes regarding what they like and areas for improvement, and presents summaries of these interviews to the rest of the Technology Team so they can collectively develop changes.
