After graduating from the University of Minnesota, Tyler worked for Starbucks management for about six years. He wanted a change of pace and to work for an agile and up-and-coming company, so he got a job on Trunk Club’s Member Experience Team. After gaining valuable skills on the team, he decided to apply his expertise to a new role in Sales Support, where he interacts with customers face-to-face in the Clubhouse.
When Tyler arrives in the morning, he first meets with his manager to understand the layout for the day. He then proceeds to check in on each associate to make sure that they have whatever they need and that each area of the Clubhouse—the name given to Trunk Club's brick-and-mortar locations—is set up for success.
