With independent teams of designers, stylists, and product developers all under one roof, Trumaker's 30 employees rely heavily on sharing and communication in order to produce the apparel and customer service that Trumaker customers are jazzed about. According to employees, team culture is valued over individual tasks and team members work hard to support each other and the integrity of the brand.
As a member of the founding team, Trumaker's user experience is Michael’s brainchild. Coming from a strong tech background, Michael’s main responsibility is to manage the company’s technical products—with launches ranging from weekly to daily. Michael splits what remains of his time between new product meetings, and quietly solving any technical problems that arise.
“We love the fact that we actually manufacture, design, and brand our own apparel line. It's something I think everyone on the team just loves.”
“Guys are looking for a way to solve their closet problems—they want to wake up and be able to pick up anything in their closet and look great without having to do a lot of thinking about it. Trumaker is helping them do that.”
“We're part technology, part sales, part customer-focused, and part branding. It's a really unique mix that will make us super relevant in the market.”
