With independent teams of designers, stylists, and product developers all under one roof, Trumaker's 30 employees rely heavily on sharing and communication in order to produce the apparel and customer service that Trumaker customers are jazzed about. According to employees, team culture is valued over individual tasks and team members work hard to support each other and the integrity of the brand.

As a member of the founding team, Trumaker's user experience is Michael’s brainchild. Coming from a strong tech background, Michael’s main responsibility is to manage the company’s technical products—with launches ranging from weekly to daily.
