Melissa worked a variety of jobs after high school, but primarily focused on IT support within the last 10 years or so. She came to Tripwire to apply her tech-savvy skills to new industry challenges—and to help customers stay ahead of today’s evolving cyber security threats with the most advanced technologies.

Melissa answers customer calls and emails from 6 AM to 6 PM, problem-solving by performing a series of system configurations and updates on platform products throughout the day. Melissa keeps her workday casual and cool—like finding ways to interact and have fun with Support Team colleagues on the East and West Coast.
