With flexibility to work remotely or onsite, Jessica’s either catching the early shuttles for face-to-face client meetings in Seattle and Redmond or conference-calling from home. Wherever she is, communication is constant. Jessica stays engaged with customers to ensure satisfaction with services—translating any new feature requests to Product Management and Engineering Teams.
