Jennifer built a 17-year-long career in banking before feeling the itch to make a change. Since she dabbled in several areas, including customer service and management, she thought her experience would benefit Triose—and she loved the company’s down-to-earth culture. Once she found an open position that fit her skill set, Jennifer applied, and has been more than a number ever since.
Jennifer has some flexibility in her hours, but she typically comes in around 8 AM to start reviewing client information before conversing with vendors around the country. Though her role involves lots of partnerships, Jennifer also spends a large portion of her day analyzing spreadsheets. She then takes that data with her into all meetings—whether they’re internal collaborations or external check-ins.
