What Tresta Does
Tresta operates a revolutionary cloud-based phone system that cuts costs and reduces billing complexity for both large and small companies. With a focus on scalability, the Tresta team continues to support their clients' growth and success through hard work and technological innovation.
Every quarter, Tresta hosts a “Kick the Skunk” meeting, where team members talk about goals for the future and projections for achieving them. Each person gives someone from another department a paper star to recognize successes in front of the company. At the end of the meeting, the CEO throws a stuffed skunk, and an employee kicks it, symbolizing the removal of negativity from the environment.
